As soon as we know our move-in dates, we will be contacting volunteers. Once everything is moved back to the library from the kiosk and SeaCan, the challenge will be finding new homes for the items.
Equipment needed:
May 16 - June 8 - Pick-up trucks for moving smaller items from the library to our storage facility.
In preparation for the move, the Library purchased a 50 foot SeaCan which is in the old swimming pool building. Furniture and fixtures will be stored here. The Pincher Creek Library collection will be "greyed-out" of the Chinook Arch Regional Library System and will be unavailable to all Chinook Arch patrons for the duration of the refurbishment project. Once the library re-opens, the collection will be reinstated.
Patrons will still have access to all other Chinook Arch libraries' holdings as usual. Please refer to the Library Services page.
